As highlighted elsewhere, for both Commercial and Residential properties, UK legislation is driven by EU directive ‘Energy Performance of Buildings Directive’ (EPBD) and requires compliance by all member states. This is NOT UK legislation, subject to the policies of the government of the day. Hence the requirements are long term and not likely to be repealed.
